Campaign #4: Player Characters

It's love that is killing me and I'm not sure that I'm prepared to die

All levels indicated are those the characters ended the campaign at: those in brackets are the character's starting levels.

Akima is a beautiful young girl with a hint of Elven heritage in her features. She was raised in an inn and is proud of her barmaid background, even though the path she has chosen for her life is that of a wizard - perhaps as far from being a barmaid as you can get! She has long, coppery hair and blue eyes and wears long dresses which reveal her impressive and barmaidy cleavage. She also bears a staff, as a nod to her wizardiness.

She entered the Academy after her family and their inn were razed to the ground and she decided to take up the spellbook. There she made many friends and works in the Adventurers Return to supplement her funds and to remind her of her past (perhaps). Having made a bit of a play for her tutor, Delphinius, she managed to get together with him, much to the chagrin of her fellow students.

Stats: STR 14, Dex 13, CON 14, INT 17, WIS 10, CHA 14, COM 16.

Brigette is a beautiful young elf archeress, with long blonde hair and pale blue eyes. She is tall and extremely slender, nimble beyond compare. Her reasons for joining the Academy are her own, but it may have something to do with the fact that raiders killed her entire family and devastated her village, although they were slain in the attack. Perhaps it is this unfulfilled sense of vengeance that fuels her need to be a better archer... or perhaps she is driven by skill alone.

Whatever the reason, she is incredibly promising and enjoys her time at the Academy, recently having broken many hearts by marrying a gorgeous cleric of Sulon called Tobias Latimer and heading off on her honey moon.

Stats: STR 9, Dex 19, CON 9, INT 9, WIS 9, CHA 12, COM 16.

Tarracyn is a polite and quiet young man, perhaps the envy of every other red-blooded male in the Academy. He has short dark hair and brown eyes and usually dresses tidily, without exaggeration. He left his home, a fairly normal farmstead, in order to see the world and found himself at the Academy. Tarracyn has a strong sense of chivalry, honour and romance that might be better suited to a knight and he has the words of a poet within him, but lacks the confidence to perform them.

Good fortune has seen him placed in an adventuring group with three of the most attractive girls at the Academy, although he appears to have no intention of exploiting that fact (as his heart belongs to Adele, the Academy's resident bard and now Tarracyn's beloved).

Stats: STR 9, DEX 17, CON 12, INT 14, WIS 14, CHA 16, COM 13.

Yliruin is a beautiful young sun elf, with long blonde hair, brown eyes and an attractive figure, and a huge set of flame-coloured feathery wings. She wears studded leather armour and carries either javelins to throw at her foes or a half-spear to skewer them on. She left her homelands because she wanted to be a tracker, and fell short of the mark. Feeling disgraced, she left the desert to explore the world and eventually found herself at the Academy. There she decided to take lessons in the skills she lacked, in the hope of one day returning home and proving to everyone that she could be a tracker.

She has exceptional looks and a startling appearance, but otherwise Yliruin is quite a typical, if naive, adventurer in her attitudes. She is currently seeing a high elf called Laconfir, but never shirking from her duties as a dedicated student of tracking...
