Major Good Guys

Beltar Than'cor: Beltar is the Keeper of Chronicles, Guardian of the Seal and Watcher of the 25 Gods. He encountered the party during the second campaign, and has emerged once again to direct them after 20 years of absence.
Seren: Seren Parel'araya was the Shaper of Ways, Guardian of the Seal and Architect of the 25. The party encountered him when they descended to the second seal, but found that the old elf had gone mad and schizophrenic through the long years (10,000 years) of absence from company.
Celeruin and Harridan: Celeruin is an elf, and paladin champion of Iaphre, while Harridan is her brother - a half-elven bard who accompanies her on her quests. They encountered the party when they had been captured by Inisrya - they rescued our heroes from a fate very similar to torture.

Minor Good Guys

Cetara: Cetara was the Mistress of a Brothel in En-Rali called The Wenches Arms, and she aided the party while they were trying to stop the mercenary army from destroying the town. Helpfully, she provided a cover and a stage for Sarah and Angor's assassination of a mercenary leader. She wanted Sarah to join the prostitution business, but to no avail.
Marissa: An attractive young prostitute, Marissa took a shine to Sarah when she went into the Wenches' Arms Tavern in En-Rali. The young whore also warned the party about the charges of murder levelled against them by the townsfolk and town guard.
Dale: A half-elf freed from his slavery at the hands of the Drow by the party. He travelled with them for the whole of about 15 minutes before being the second victim to the jaws of an aurumvorax that decided to make a meal of the party.
Morgan: Morgan is a female dwarf, the High Priestess of Iaphre in Hal-den. She has done what she can to assist the party in the past, including getting them a guide to take them to StormTop and taking away their only healer as they were about to embark upon the quest to kill Inisrya.
Peace: Peace is a beautiful adventurer woman who took a shine to Gomez because she herself is, unbelievably enough, a quarter troll. She looked after Kale, Gomez's Vandalraug drake while he was off saving the world and when she got back she told him she was pregnant. Now they have been married for nearly 18 years and have 8 children: Adam (17), Joy (16), Melody (14), Bailey (13), Heather (11), Sky (9), Castor and Pollux (both 4).
Mai Stoltz-Elendil: Mai is the beautiful wife of Jason and daughter of Lord Stoltz, who sponsored Jason's party through the Trial of Champions and hence gave them the magic carpet. She and Jason have three children: Reddandril, a daughter, who is 11; Furore, their second daughter, who is 7 and Jacob Heinrich who is their first son and only 8 months old.
redd-Kamaril'yv: redd is a dreamwalker who met the group when they were forced into the dream realm to help arkh-Shamier'yv. She has helped Jason a little to harness his natural dreamwalking talent. She is arkh-Shamier'yv's cousin (their mothers were sisters) and the same race as he - half Eleurian, half-Ashaba. The theory is that her body is dead, and her spirit so strongly tied to the dream realm that her spirit fled there while she slept, and stayed there when she died.
Lady Tabitha Chevan: Tabitha joined the party while posing as a bard of debatable skill called Salinah. Only as their quest came to a close did she feel the need to reveal her true nature - a Knight of the Alliance, an order of warriors who upheld the cause of the 25 gods and who had been sent to find the seal. Her name change confused everyone greatly (especially Blade).
Michael: A latecomer to the campaign, Michael was a lovely young man that was found on the banks of the River Rechtsmark near Dervish. He was lacking in a memory, but when he recovered it he left the town and his friends behind to become the sinister Gethirah...

Major Bad Guys

Inisrya: She was a daemon called an Ashaba, and as such her appearance was tall for a woman, impossibly thin and with golden eyes that bear no pupils or whites. The party slew her - decapitating her to make certain - but her legacy lives on in the form of a daughter called Serenity. In life, Inisrya was incredibly powerful, wielding both clerical magic and psionic talents in addition to her daemonic powers. She successfully broke the second seal to Lucifer's prison before being killed.
Corman Melthiss: Known to the party initially because he is Inisrya's companian, Corman did little to actually harm the party - except killing Louis, of course. He is alleged to have killed Louis' parents, is known to have stopped Inisrya killing Gomez and he even tried to save Raz-nak when he was attacked by Inisrya's mercenaries. However, he was a chief demon-consorter and is involved in all the evil that Inisrya was doing, including kidnapping young Elven females and buying holed bathtubs. Although, in the final reckoning, he killed Louis in a confrontation that involved a ludicrous number of healing potions, when his demon mistress was slain, he surrendered to the party and they took him prisoner. However, this proved to be a difficult thing for them to deal with and he more joined them as a comrade-in-arms than a prisoner to be tried and executed for his crimes. He vanished for a couple of decades, but recently emerged again with Serenity, the daughter of Inisrya, at his side.
Gethirah: Ten millennia ago, Gethirah was the leader of Lucifer's forces - his chosen champion. Towards the end of the war, he and his nemesis (The-tan'i) killed one another, but recently it was suspected that he would be returning, probably reincarnated. However, his return was more personal than anyone imagined. After the main party settled in Dervish town, they met a young man called Michael who had lost his memory. They liked him a great deal because he was polite and kind, but one day he went missing. Ten years later he turned up in Dervish again - as Gethirah. Not only that, but Gethirah is the Inquisitor General of Lanixa, capable of prosecuting anyone for crimes such as witchcraft and demon-worshipping (without evidence). Surprisingly, he actually spared Gomez's life when he met him, claiming thanks for kindness a decade before. However, he also threatened Gomez, saying that his family would be at risk if he were to get involved in Gethirah's business.

Minor Bad Guys

Neil Haligos: A very tall young man, Neil was a mage who lucked in with Corman and Inisrya towards the end of their quest. His job seemed to have been protecting Inisrya's baby, and in the end it was Jason who killed him, despite his reluctance to fight the party at all.
Benedict Porterson: Benedict was a very tough warrior who joined Corman and Inisrya on the final leg of their adventure. He put up a good fight against Louis, which weakened him for the fight against Corman.
Austell: High Priest of Lucifer who kidnapped in interrogated Jason. When the party caught up with him, they hung him off the magic carpet for a while before dumping him in the middle of nowhere.

Gulgolax and co
:
Gulgolax was the leader of a cult called the Faceless Ones, who worshipped some kind of winged creature who called himself Balathex. Balathex claimed to be of a race called the Munari, and there was some involvement with a prophecy and Izzabella - the New Breed, as he called it. Ultimately, Gulgolax tricked the party a couple of times before they munched the cult and had Gulgolax arrested. However, while incarcerated, Gulgolax's apprentice forced the party into a mad chase around the city after some fireballs which had been frozen in stasis. This led to Gulgolax's escape, but aside from a run-in with Jason, which nearly killed the half-drow, he has not been seen or heard of since.

Neither Good nor Bad Guys

Portrathos: A "rainseeker" who was accosted by Karl and would have been accused of being Cimosco by Morwen if she'd ever known he was a mage. He has since turned up again: he dropped onto the deck of the Ship that Sails on Land and Sea, accompanied by a lot of rain. He was rather confused and didn't stay long: the party put him off the boat somwhere in Alesia.
Kellar: Kellar was a strangely intelligent bulldog who joined the party with a magical collar and what seemed to be an agenda of his own. However, there was never any evidence of what the agenda might be, as he followed the group around loyally and was pretty much invincible. When Gomez and Barnabus started to put together the Academy he stayed with them, and loitered around until he died of old age.
Adam Gomez: Adam is the eldest son of Gomez and Peace, and the child that was the payment to the Earth Elementals for loan of the Ship that Sails on Land and Sea. As a result Adam spent most of his childhood with the Elementals, although he did see his parents regularly. He is now an adult, 17 years old, and fully trained by the Elementals. It seems that they are using him as a sort of diplomat, communicating with the humanoid races in terms they can understand. This is important to the Elementals for two reasons: firstly, they cannot fully understand the mortals, or respond on their timescales and a mortal would be able to, and secondly there is a BIG war coming and they want to make alliances and prepare for it, which they are restricted in by their naturally slow nature.
